Phenom Factory Membership Information
- Memberships are automatically billed monthly through the system
- All bookings must be made through the GymMaster app or online system.
- Members can book 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
- Each booking will allow you access to the facility door using your GymMaster app
- The facility hours are 5am-10pm.
- Memberships are limited to 40 families per season to maintain availability and ensure members can effectively use the facility.
- A membership is required to use the facility.
- All membership allows you access of 10 sessions per month
- All athletes under 15 years of age will be required to be accompanied by an adult
