2025-26 Fall/Winter Tryout Information:
Tryouts Dates and Times:
Wednesday, August 6th
3rd-4th grade boys: 5:30-7 pm
5th-6th grade boys: 7-8:30 pm
Thursday, August 7th
3rd-8th grade girls: 5:30-7 pm
7th-8th grade boys: 7-8:30 pm
Tryout Location:
Mid-American Rec Plex
6500 Grand Avenue
West Des Moines, IA
Tryout Cost:
$15 Registration Fee
Each player should bring/wear the following:
*Basketball
*Water Bottle
*Basketball Shoes
*T-Shirt and Shorts
During station work and scrimmages, the player will be evaluated on the following:
*Attitude and Effort!!!
*Basketball Skills and Game Play
----Shooting, Ball Handling, Defense, Rebounding, Passing, Teamwork, Communication, etc.
2025-26 Fall/Winter Season Information:
All Fall/Winter Teams:
Fall-Winter Season Practices will begin on Monday, Oct. 13th
All Practices are held on Mondays and Thursdays and are 90 minutes each
Practice Times: 3rd-5th: 5:30-7pm; 6th-8th: 7-8:30pm
# of Tournaments: a minimum of 8 tournaments
Season Cost (does not include uniform): 3rd-5th - $1300; 6th-8th - $1400
Uniform and Backpack Cost: $225
